Dr. Kerbrat said he likes swimming… technically true 🌊😂

Great Danes aren’t exactly known for their swimming abilities, but nobody told him that. What he lacks in technique, he makes up for in enthusiasm.

Opening a veterinary clinic takes a lot of long days, planning, meetings, and behind-the-scenes work… but apparently these two decided it was the perfect time for a backyard escape and front yard play session instead 🐾😂

Safe to say the future Mill Lake Vet team takes work-life balance very seriously.

Meet Dr. Sarah Kerbrat 👋

Dr. Kerbrat has been practicing in the Fraser Valley since 2019 and has fully embraced everything it has to offer. 🏔️🌲

When she's not in the clinic, you can often find her on the golf course as she loves playing competitively and socially at Ladies Nights around the Fraser Valley.

Unfortunately, her best friend, 140lbs Great Dane Remmington isn't exactly allowed to join her on the course, so when she's not swinging the clubs you can find them on the trails exploring together.

Thankfully Remi doesn't mind Dr. Kerbrat's golf habit too much, because it means he can get his long naps in at home.

Fun Fact: Dr. Kerbrat also used to represent Team Canada for Netball and competed internationally. 🏀

Whether you’re camping in the
Fraser Valley, hosting a backyard BBQ, or exploring a new trail, here are a few quick reminders to keep your pets safe:

✅ Keep fresh water available at all times.
✅ Avoid walks during peak heat (10am–4pm).
✅ Keep human food (especially chocolate, grapes, and onions) well out of reach.
✅ Ensure your pet has proper ID tags and is microchipped.
