𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐚 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐕𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭!
We started last Saturday by playing a troll-like creature for my daughter’s class, then travelled to Stockholm for the first meeting with the new 𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐃 𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 NCED. In between, we still had the pleasure of seeing some nice patients, before heading to Porto for the annual 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 European Veterinary Dental Forum EVDF.
And for once, I could simply attend as a tourist — without having to give a presentation 😊
A large part of this year’s congress focused on 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲.
At Vetrident, we have spent a lot of time and energy searching for the 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 to treat sinus patients and we invested already more than 5 years ago in both the equipment and the training needed to make these techniques possible:
Instead of creating a hole or bone window in the skull, we are often able to reach the sinuses using very thin endoscopes, allowing us to treat these cases without having to perform a surgical opening.
