Lyla came in with Dr Candace for her annual senior blood and urine testing.

Even staff pets can be nervous at the clinic so Lyla had a pre-visit dose of Gabapentin to make the day as calm as possible for her.
She gobbled up her Churu snack during the process 🐈

Did you know that annual blood and urine testing and blood pressure checks are recommended as part of preventative healthcare screening for all cats from the age of 8?

⭐️ Patient of the Week – RUSTY ⭐️

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of seeing Rusty after an adventurous run at home took an unexpected turn! 🐾

Rusty had managed to get a piece of spiny palm lodged in his paw, leaving him a little sore and uncomfortable. After receiving some local anaesthetic and pain relief, Dr Candace and our team carefully removed the pesky culprit.

We're happy to report that Rusty was soon back to his usual tail-wagging, happy self! 🐶💙

Well done, Rusty, for being such a brave patient, and thank you to his owner for bringing him in promptly.
