August, you've been crazy.

Here's a quick snapshot of what we've been up to:

Cakes, more cakes and coffee breaks (literally).

The sun is shining, our coffee machine is back in business and we are so ready for September.

This berry and white chocolate stunner went out for a first birthday over the weekend 🧚‍♀️

The perfect amount of whimsy in pretty pastels and lush florals with edible printed fairies and an adorable fondant gumnut baby. Almost too precious to eat (almost).

So we've got some good news and we've got some bad news.

Firstly, thank you for all of your support in our new cake space! We truly love you guys.

But all of that love kind of hugged our coffee machine to death 😅

We're waiting on a part to arrive from Sydney and we should be up and running serving you coffees and chai later next week.

In the meantime, we'll be open Saturday so you can grab your weekend cupcake fix and we can still do tea and we make a pretty mean milkshake.

We're busy compiling all your toastie and wrap suggestions and we'll update shortly (there's still time to let us know fave fillings).

But first, coffee (too soon?)

This is your friendly reminder that today is market day in the Crown Street Mall and there is no better way to see in the weekend than with cake (and maybe some wine, but definitely cake).

This week Yuzu & Blueberry (V,GF) has been super popular along with fan favourite Cookie Dough (V). For folks who can't say no to chocolate cake but don't want to eat the Poomoji 💩in public, may we introduce S'mores - choc cake, vanilla bean frosting, cookie crumble and torched marshmallow - yum!

The cafe will also be open Friday and Saturday. Drop in and say hi!

So, we've been keeping this one up our sleeves but it's time to let you all in on an exciting addition to our cake and coffee space - TOASTIES and WRAPS!

While we firmly believe cake is an everyday food, we know a lot of you love a bit of savoury between cake courses. And here's how you guys can help:

Tell us what flavours you'd love to see on our menu. Simple.

Are you a ham, cheese and tomato fan? Or more a roasted pumpkin and pesto aficionado? We'd love to know your go-to fillings.

And of course, there will be loads of vegan, vego and gluten-free options and of course they'll be no extra charge because that's how we roll. Everyone is welcome here!
