Hi I am Jen the artist at Jem's Animal Art. I have been drawing since I could walk, I love it. I love close ups, eyes, noses, becks, ears and the mouth of them. In my own time I draw Australian Animals. I have a small range of items I sell at markets and on my website. I also do Pet commissions. This is something that is a beautiful way to memorialise a pet that you love. These are time consuming

but well worth the time I put in. It is something I hope to do for the rest of my life. I hope you like my Facebook content. Enjoy and share it with friends. Thanks

Spending Sunday drawing this guy. Drawing Australian Animals is a dream come true and this is a large size drawing A3. He is starting to look like a green Turtle 🐢 he's a lovely change from my portraits of pets. Don't get me wrong, I love pet portraits, but this is a terrific way to spend my time. My Charlie was one of my earliest drawings, a beautiful dog that I had the pleasure of capturing on paper. Although he is no longer with me, I am grateful to have preserved his memory in a portrait that proudly hangs on my wall.
