🚨 Have Your Say on the Future of Alkoomie Place, Wilton 🚨
A Draft Planning Proposal is currently on exhibition that would allow approximately 450–550 homes to be built in the Alkoomie Place area.
While we understand Wilton will continue to grow, we believe growth must be supported by the right infrastructure, road capacity, bushfire planning and community services.
Of particular concern to our family is that the proposal, in its current form, includes residential development, road infrastructure and a possible reservoir over land occupied by Kylie's K9 Country Retreat, placing the future of our long-established family business at significant risk.
