Breeding ain’t all puppy cuddles and fun. These dogs are part of our family, and today Stormi underwent double ACL (CCL) surgery.

Tonight, tomorrow and how ever long is needed we’ll be sleeping beside her on the floor to make sure she’s comfortable and feels all the love from us.

We’ve got a long road ahead helping her make a full recovery. After just having our litter and now this surgery, we may not be as present on social media for a little while as we focus on her recovery and take some much needed downtime.

One thing we’re big on: once you’re part of the Big Gypsy family, you’re never on your own.
Our puppy buyers are always welcome to send their dogs back to us for boarding when life gets busy or you need to travel.
Two little dachshunds needed a safe place to stay for a few days as the owners had to make a trip out of state and they have a little bit of separation anxiety.
Of course we said yes.
Dogs looked after ✅ Owners relieved ✅
