Not long after I just started my new career as a dog groomer, I was nervous, inexperienced and just wanted to do the best I could. I had a great trainer Jo Marsden. One day a nasty person decided to write a 1 star review, 12mnths after I groomed her dog, my confidence became fragile.
It didn't take me long to realise, not to let that 1 star review destroy me, she was wrong.
I have photos to prove what she described was wrong.
I have the best support from everyone around me.
My clients have remained after nearly seven years of grooming so that must say something.
I am book up.
I may not be the best stylist, however I care, I'm gentle and if I get it wrong I own up.
So if this has happen to you, hold your head high and keep doing what you do.

When you meet a pooch who needs to be handled with care, his parents trusts the hands he is in, they stay with you for along time, grooming becomes so much easier on them because we know our routines.
