My name is Sandy and I started this business after buying a french angora lop eared rabbit named Mabel and realised that like a long haired dog they need a hair cut due to knotting and the heat. After calling all the grooming places in and around the Port Macquarie area, I noticed that besides the vets, no one else grooms long haired animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs so I did a Small Busines

s Management course and kicked the business off. I'm happy to say I have been going for nearly 3yrs now and have some great clients but there is always room for more. I also want to get some information out there to help educate owners and others that are considering owning animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and ferrets. RABBITS DIE IN HOT HUTCHES

RABBITS DO NOT BELONG IN CAGES or HUTCHES.
Just as a pet owner would not keep their cat or dog in a cage all day, rabbits don't belong in a cage either. Yet, I see this type of hutch locally in backyards.

IF you don't have room in your home for a rabbit, don't get one.
