Layla has arrived! I love that Layla bounds up to me, my family and my house with enthusiasm every single time. She loves visiting us which I believe sets her and her puppies up for a great stress-free start to whelping. It’s a joy having her here as we count down the next 11 days or so.

Just one week to go until we confirm that the gorgeous Layla (Clairevale Chocolate Truffle) is pregnant with cute Maui puppies. That will not only equal puppies of “extra gorgeous and cuteness qualities”; but also puppies from parents with wonderful health testing. Thinking about this gorgeous boy today! Mack was a potential stud hopeful but sadly didn’t quite make it. He had the softest coat I’ve ever seen and a wonderful temperament too. Cuddling him was like snuggling into a fluffy soft cloud! ☁️
Have I said how grateful I am for our wonderful guardian’s lately 💕.
It means we can make tough decisions and know that the dogs are going to be loved by their families regardless of whether they breed or not. ❤️

Archie’s & Layla’s litter 2025 - dedicated to Connor Drummond 🐾💙🐾

The pups have headed out into the big wide world and we have a quiet moment to reflect on what a lovely litter it was.

We wish to dedicate this beautiful litter to Archie’s owner, Connor Drummond, and his family. Connor passed away peacefully in his sleep at age 26, just prior to Christmas. We have greatly missed sharing the last 8 weeks with Connor as he always showed great interest in Archie’s offspring. We celebrate that Connor was our first Stud Guardian and we are exceptionally grateful for his part in our breeding program and also for his friendship.
We hold the Drummond family in our prayers & send lots of love to Connor’s dad Angus, his mum Heather & two beautiful sisters Kayleigh and Teri-Lynn. Pats and cuddles to Archie also. ❤️🐾 ###xx

Freddy!! 😍
Freddy will be 6 months old next week and is growing up beautifully. We are hopeful that he will pass his health testing at 12 months of age and have a lovely litter of stunning medium pups with Phoebe towards Christmas time. We are very excited for this litter as it will be a true rainbow litter with potential for Chocolates, Blacks, Caramels/Golds/Reds, Parti's, abstracts & phantoms!
There are a few small hurdles between now & then - but we can dream. 🥰🐾
We are very grateful to his guardian family who are amazing, thank you!
