🎉 Happy 1st Birthday to the Bean Litter! 🎉

We can’t believe it’s already been a whole year since Maple and Doug welcomed their little beans into the world. It feels like just yesterday they were curled up in the whelping box—and now they’re gorgeous one-year-olds!

A huge thank you to all of the families who’ve raised these pups with so much love. It’s been such a joy hearing your updates, seeing their cheeky personalities come out, and watching them grow into the dogs they are today.

This age can bring a few challenges, but it also brings some really lovely moments as they start to mature. You’ve made it through the first year—and that’s no small thing! We’re always here if you have questions or just want to share how things are going.

We kept a girl from the litter, Nez, and she’s keeping us on our toes in the best way. She’s smart, muddy more often than not, and never far from the action—whether it’s a walk around the paddock or a lazy night on the couch. We’re really proud of the dog she’s becoming.

I recently received the loveliest update from one of our amazing puppy families, and it made my day!! 💕

🐾🐾

Blossom is truly the most beautiful soul. She’s calmer, cuddlier, and more affectionate than ever. She’s started choosing us over distractions and her recall is improving so much. She still LOVES tug-of-war and is always surrounded by doggie friends.

Her playful spirit shines through during hide and seek games, and she adores putting her toys in her basket. She’s even developed the cutest habit—demanding more cuddles when you stop!

We couldn’t be more in love with her bouncy ears, gentle nature, and happy heart. She reminds us so much of both her mum and dad —sweet, social, and playful.”

Can you believe these little ones are already 7 weeks old?! 😱

Time has flown and they’ve grown so much in just a few weeks—we’re soaking up every last cuddle before they head off to their forever homes 💛

They’ve had a big energy burst this week and are loving their outdoor adventures with their lovely mum, Poppy, and our other dogs—plus their newest playmate, Garf the cat 🐱 who always wants to be part of the puppy crew 😂

Meal times have turned into a race to the bottom of the bowl—they’re loving their food and growing like absolute weeds 🌱 so we have introduced a few more meals as enrichment activities to slow them down.

It’s such a joy watching their personalities shine through—won’t be long now until they’re off on their next big adventure! 🐾✨

Happy 6 weeks puppies!

These puppies are growing so fast and are now at the exploring stage. They love the garden and the outdoors. I'm so grateful for the warm weather so they can be outside being puppies as that is so important for their development and immune system.

They are doing so well with their recall training and automatic sits which are the first two things we work on.

The time goes too fast! I'm really going to miss these guys 🥰

The puppy had their first adventure outside and loved it 🥰 it is so adorable watching them sniff around in the grass. It never gets old watching them investigate the leaves and dirt for the first time.

I'm always impressed at how easily they adapt to the new environment and end up pouncing around in the grass.

A little late but better late than never... We have called this the "Laundry" litter and they are all named after detergents 😂 because they have been an exceptionally clean litter so far.

So we have:
Tide - Light Sable
Omo - Blue Boy
Fab - Black girl with white nose
Dynamo - Blue girl
Radiant - Black and White girl
Surf - Black and white boy (spot on head)
Duo - Dark Sable

These are just place holder names while their families come up with new ones but they are a bit of fun in the meantime.

We just had the meet and greet weekend and it was wonderful meeting all the lovely people who will be welcoming one of our pups into their families. 🥰 We are so excited for everyone and can't wait to get all the updates.

Happy 4 weeks to Poppy's puppies 🎉

They have all had another huge week of growth and they are all confidently eating and playing now. We have also introduced the toilet which they are using amazingly well.

These guys are a very sweet bunch and definitely take after their Mum with her very sweet personality and Dad with their easy going, happy demeanor. 🥰

The puppies enjoyed their first meal of solids on the weekend and loved it. 🥰

I am very excited and pleased to announce the arrival of Poppy and Doug's litter 🎉🥰

We have 4 gorgeous boys and 3 beautiful girls who are doing very well. I can already see so much personality in these pups. Poppy is doing great and recovering well which is always a relief 💕

Poppy had a few more pups than we had thought she would so I do have a few spare places on the waitlist for this litter☺️

Roo has been doing super since her siblings have all left and is enjoying the extra attention. 😀

We are going through all the puppy things like everyone else with crate training, toilet training, socialisation and obedience training. Our older dogs and Roos mum, Maple, are all showing her the ropes too which help.

She's a wonderful pup and learning so fast. Time is flying past! 💕

It's been nearly two weeks since the pups all left for their new homes 💕 I've been a little slow to post the update but it's been a nice break from social media.

All the pups have settled in well and are loving their new families. It's wonderful to get the updates and know how they are doing. There have also been lots of questions and phone calls which is great as well. There is no such thing as a silly question and it's great to hear it all.

Roo has been doing wonderful as well. I'll do a separate post on what she has been up to 😄

Arlo/Nick is such a gorgeous little puppy 💕 he has such a lovely quite confidence that makes him such a sweetheart. He's happy to sit back and watch the world go by and then jump in when there is an opportunity to "help". He is best friends with Garf and he loves a good nap on the lawn when he isn't following us or his mum around exploring. Can't wait to see what this little guy gets up to with his new family 🥰
