It took a mountain of effort to battle through April's orders — the biggest delays we've ever experienced. Between working through an enormous backlog while grieving, being sick, raising five unexpected kittens, caring for sick kids, and dealing with every other challenge life decided to throw our way, it felt like an uphill climb every single day.
But we finally made it! 🎉
The very last April order left today, which means I can now start processing new orders. I haven't removed the 2-week minimum processing timeframe from the website, as that still stands for now. Our first new order was placed approximately 9 business days ago, which means we're currently running ahead of schedule on new orders!
That said, we've learned that life can be unpredictable, so the 2-week minimum processing timeframe will remain in place for now while we continue building consistency back into our workflow.
I'm also working hard to get mixes and supplies restocked. Another shipment of XL shells is on the way, along with a large delivery of ingredients we've been desperately needing.

Our 3D print queue is still huge, but our two printers are absolutely smashing through it and doing a beautiful job! 😍
