We currently have availability for several lucky horses to graze in private or shared paddocks. We are a boutique agistment using the equacentral system caring for land, horses and people.
DIY only, hot/cold wash, round yard, 300 metres from southern boundary trail. $55 shared per week/ $70 private.
Quiet caring community for long term guests.

We currently have three private paddocks available for immediate occupancy.

Two of the paddocks are share a common loafing area. so perfect for an owner with 2 horses. All paddocks have luscious pastures and adjoining loafing areas for hard feeding and water. Each loafing area has natural shelter from sun, wind and rain
Other facilities on site include
- Hot wash
- Dedicated tack room for equipment storage
- Dedicated feed room
- Horse round for on-site training
- Tie up facilities
- Mains water
- High quality electric fencing

Our site is beautifully picturesque and peaceful. We are an easy 500m walk to the Devils bend walking trials.

Boutique horse agistment using equicentral approach to horse and land care. We are a family who love horses as much as we love our beautiful and very private 50 acre property in Tuerong on the Mornington peninsular. We offer DIY agistment in private or shared paddocks for a limited number of lucky horses. Premium pasture that is irrigated and well drained, natural shelter and loafing area, secure fencing, lock up tack rooms, round yard, tie up yard, wash bay, close to Southern Boundary riding trails (Stumpygully Rd and Hodgins) and Devilbend natural features reserve. All agistment clients are thoroughly checked to ensure they are the right fit for this special site. References, honesty and kindness are essential. Quality small hay bales available for purchase on request. Long term clients preferred but short term possibilities considered.
