Thank you so much to everyone who entered and helped us celebrate reaching 200 followers. It might only be a small milestone but I cannot thank everyone enough for your support as Midnight Paws continues to grow. Every follow, like, comment and share really does make a difference and means the world to me!

Keep an eye out, because I'm sure we'll have plenty more giveaways in the future!

And yes don’t worry Rocket did in fact get to eat the cookie afterwards!

We love a good kelpie Crew! 🖤🤎

Anyone who knows me knows I’m a little bit kelpie mad (understatement 😅) so seeing Pip, Gracie and Rocket become such good friends has been pretty special.

These three have spent quite a bit of time together during and after class, and it’s been so lovely watching their little friendship grow. From training together to hanging out and having a good play, they’ve definitely formed their own kelpie crew!

Three kelpies, plenty of personality and just a little bit of chaos and I wouldn’t have it any other way! 🐾

If there’s one thing we know at Midnight Paws, it’s that our dogs deserve a little treat too!

Mel from Adelaide Dog Treats makes the sweetest little goodies for your best friend! From delicious cookies to adorable pup cakes, she can do it all and they’re always made with so much love.

You’ll also find Mel at the Craigmore Community Market on Sunday 25th October, and this one is all things Halloween!

So grab your bestie, come dressed in your spookiest costume and enjoy a fun day out while supporting some wonderful small businesses.

Be sure to pop by and say hi to Mel and maybe take home a little treat because honestly… who doesn’t love a spooky snack for their four-legged sidekick?

We love shining a little light on the small businesses that make our dog-loving community so special. 🌙✨

October is Mental Health Awareness Month and each year for the past 4 years I have participated in the Black Dog Institute One Foot Forward challenge which is a program that raises awareness around the mental health struggles we face day in and day out.

This year marks my 5th year participating, I’ve challenged myself to walk 100km for the month and I’m dedicating this years walk to my Nephew Tyler 💚

On December 9th of 2025 we received the heartbreaking news that Tyler had taken his own life, he was only 14 💔

Tyler was such a bright young man who brought so much love and joy into the lives of everyone he met, his infectious smile and laugh always lit up the room, I’m proud to have known him and devastated that his time with us was so short.

So this one’s for you Tyler, I will never stop advocating for those who need help and I will always keep your memory alive 💚

Midnight Paws is taking a short break between 24th - 29th September while I head away on holiday.

I’ll still be monitoring emails and messages where I can, but please keep in mind response times may be a little longer than usual while I’m away.

I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I can once I’m back and settled.

Thank you for your patience and understanding and I’ll see you all soon!

Which Midnight Paws course is right for your dog? 🌙✨

One training pathway… but three very different stages of the journey!

✨ Polite Paws – Teenage Manners
Because sometimes they forget everything they ever learned… welcome to adolescence!

✨ Everyday Essentials – Basic Foundations
The little skills that make everyday life a whole lot easier.

✨ Midnight Milestones – Beyond the Basics
You’ve taught the skills. Now let’s see if they still work when the world gets interesting!

Each course has a different focus, because where your dog is in their training journey matters! Whether you’re navigating the teenage stage, building those all-important foundations, or ready to take your training into the real world , there’s a Midnight Paws course designed to help you and your dog take that next step.

Not sure which one is the right fit? Send me a message! I’m always happy to help you find your starting point 🐶
