I’ve been pretty quiet over the last few weeks, busy working with some beautiful horses — a breed I’ve never had the chance to work with before.

I currently have two Mt Kosciuszko Brumbies in for breaking, and it’s been such an exciting new journey for me. These two have taught me so much already, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience.

Safe to say I can now cross working with Brumbies off my bucket list

Last minute I had to change horses this weekend, so I threw Millungeras Maverick on the gooseneck to substitute an injured horse. He certainly showed up. After running off the cutout we got third place for it. So incredibly proud of him. A huge thankyou to Robert and Sharon Lohse for allowing me to have the opportunity to campaign this beautiful gelding.

Over the weekend I traveled to Bangalow NSW for their Buckle Challenge.
I took my three year old HSH gelding Wannaroo Casanova and two year old ASH x QH filly Wannaroo Lethal Legacy. They both performed beautifully and had the best attitude towards their first competition.
I have high hopes for a bright future for these two young horses.
