I hope everyone has stayed dry this weekend and had some relaxing family time.
I just wanted to pop into your feed and let everyone know that last week I had 6 clients no show. That may not sound like a lot to some but it’s a lot for a small business. I’m not just talking about the loss of income. I had clients that were desperate for bookings that missed out because people didn’t attend. Now I am probably one of the most easy going understanding people you would deal with. I do have a no show policy and never impose it. However after the past week that will be changing. Reminder messages still get sent out however they are currently set for 48hours before an appointment. The new booking system doesn’t allow for two messages to be sent. So I’m asking you guys for your input, do you want a message the week before two days before or day before? What do the majority of you prefer? I hope everyone understands the reasoning for the post. If anyone ever needs to reschedule I always do my best to find a suitable time. I’m also very understanding when it comes to other breeds and wet weather and always happy to reschedule if this is an issue and I don’t charge a no show fee. I do it as I understand the cost of getting your dog groomed and if they’re only going to go out and get wet and muddy it’s a bit pointless. Let me know what you would prefer. Thanks guys

Last night I had the great pleasure of attending the local business awards for st Mary’s mount druitt area. It was a lovely evening. A big congratulations to St Mary’s Veterinary hospital who won the pet care category. Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote and for your continued support of my little salon. ###
