🐾 Friendly Reminder from Benji Dogs 🐾

To help us continue providing the best possible service for every dog in our care, we kindly ask all families to keep the following in mind:

📅 Bookings
Lately, we’ve been receiving a high number of same-day booking requests, and unfortunately we’ve had to turn some dogs away because our groups and routes were already full.

✨ Please book as early as possible, or at least 1 day in advance, so we can organise our groups, transport, and routes with the care and attention your pups deserve.

❌ Cancellations
If your dog is already booked into our schedule and route, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

This helps us adjust our planning and offer the available spot to another pup waiting to join the adventure.

💙 Thank you all for your understanding and support. Following these guidelines helps us continue providing a safe, organised, and high-quality experience for every member of the Benji Dogs family.
