Our standard dispatch timeframe is 1–2 weeks, depending on order volume. During quieter periods, orders are often completed within just a few days however we can't promise it as Express orders are always prioritised first and processed as quickly as possible.

We always aim to respond to all enquiries as promptly as possible and ensure every customer is looked after.

I wanted to reach out personally to say thank you for your ongoing support, and to offer a sincere apology for the recent price increases in my shop.

Over the past few years, the cost of materials, supplies, packaging, and shipping has risen dramatically. I’ve done everything I could to absorb these increases without passing them on, and for almost four years I’ve kept the prices of our Sample Packs and Essential Diet Packs exactly the same. But now with expenses continuing to rise and the business becoming harder to sustain, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to adjust our prices. This is something I truly wanted to avoid, but it’s necessary to keep the shop running and continue offering the products you rely on.

I completely understand that price changes can be frustrating, and I’m genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that I remain committed to keeping prices as fair and as stable as possible, and to being transparent with you every step of the way. Next year our shop is undergoing a complete transformation and I cannot wait to share it with you all.

✨ A Heartfelt Update ✨

I want to take a moment to share something very personal with all of you who have supported me and my little business. Recently, my family received some heartbreaking news—a parent of mine has been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. As many of you would understand, this has turned our world upside down, and I have now stepped into the role of their carer. It has been one of the most overwhelming and emotional experiences of my life, balancing the demands of caring for a loved one while also trying to keep my small business running.💛

Because of this, my turnaround times for orders have slowed down (currently around 1–3 weeks). I’ve felt a lot of guilt about not being able to work at the same pace as before, especially knowing how much I value each and every one of you who places an order with me. But I want to reassure you—every single order is still being made and packed with the same amount of love, detail, and care that it always has been🩷. It just may take me a little longer right now as I find my footing in this new chapter. If you ever need an update on your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’ll always do my best to respond, even if a little slower than usual.

In times like these, I’ve come to appreciate more than ever the kindness and patience of others—it has helped more than you know🩵. I know that many people are feeling the weight of the world financially and emotionally at the moment, and it makes your support of my small business even more meaningful. Every purchase, every message of encouragement, and every bit of understanding you’ve shown helps me keep going—not only as a small business owner but as a daughter/sibling/family member doing my best to stay strong for the person I love.

Although this is one of the hardest journeys my family has faced, I’m holding onto hope, love, and the incredible support around me to guide us through.

It’s been a whirlwind few weeks with Easter, my birthday, some health/life challenges, and a busy period of orders! Things are finally starting to slow down a little as i'll be working more from the 19th, and I just wanted to give a quick update.

I’m a one woman show working hard to get all orders out within the usual 1–2 week timeframe, but there may be a slight delay here and there.
