Not all protein is created equal! 🐶📉
Two dog foods can have the exact same protein percentage on the bag, but your dog’s body might not be absorbing it the same way.
Here is what you need to know:
Animal vs. Plant Proteins: Protein isn’t just about the numbers; it can come from animal sources, plant sources, or both.
Digestibility & Amino Acids: Plant-based proteins can be harder for dogs to digest and may lack the essential amino acids they need for overall well-being.
The “Poop” Test: When protein isn’t fully absorbed, it passes right through—leading to bigger, softer, and less firm poops.
The Power of Real Meat: Highly digestible animal proteins help your dog absorb more of those crucial amino acids while leaving less behind.
That’s why we created The Pet Project Natural Meal Mixers—made with 100% freeze-dried real meat and organs. Just mix it right into their usual food to level up their nutritional game! 🐾✨

Same protein percentage doesn’t always mean the same nutritional value. 👀

It’s not just about how much protein is in your dog’s food — it’s also about where that protein comes from, its digestibility, and the essential amino acids it provides.

That’s why we created our Natural Meal Mixers with real meat and organs, making it easy to add more variety to your dog’s usual meals. 🐾🇦🇺

Level up their nutritional game.

POV: You live with a fussy eater 🐶🙄

Mia has opinions about dinner… and apparently plain kibble isn’t always enough. 😂

So we made our Natural Meal Mixers — simply mix them into their usual kibble for extra flavour and nutrition, without changing their whole diet. 🥩🥕🐾

Because sometimes, they just need a little something extra to make dinner exciting.

Is your dog a fussy eater too? 👀👇
