Our first season out on our own is done and dusted. The facts look good 9 winners (16%WSR) 24 places (43%PSR) from 55 runners. What some mightn’t see is the fun we’ve had with a growing group of owners and how excited we all are for the next season. With out a doubt our highlight was Devonport Cup day when we had 3 for 3 😉 and our first treble. Thanks to all our owners for the continued support and also our helpers whether it be our bed maker for our ponies Emma or Raceday / Trackwork jockeys, Andrea or our farriers. Leah 🥰 and Dad who keep the team ticking along a treat with their whacky ways 😊.

The 2 runners today at Devonport 🩵🖤

R4. Star Walkin ❤️🤍💙

He’s freshened up well after a few thing went wrong last start and hoping he can attack the line hard today.

R5. G G Can Win ❤️💛

The old boy dropping back to the 1150m with some serious speed in the race he’ll be out the back early and working home late.

🐎🐎 2 runners today at Devonport 🖤🩵

R2 Platium Reggae ❤️💛

She’s up in grade but down in weight and especially with the claim and good barrier she gets her chance. Chris to ride her for the first time but he’s been good enough to give her a couple of gallops for me throughout her prep so he has a good knowledge of her.

R6 G G City Boy 💛❤️

This is his 4th run in and 2nd go at the distance this prep which has him right at the mark. Also drawn well but he’s down in class up in weight but gets his regular rider back on Kelv who has a great handle of him and he gets his chance to get the win.

We have a team of 4 going around today at Devonport 🥶.

R1 Leo Davinci 💛💙
He’s had a freshen and dropping back in distance but we expect him to hit the line late from a tricky barrier.

R3. Platinum Reggae 💛❤️
4 weeks between runs and won at only start track/distance alot will suit and drawn a nice barrier to stalk the speed in what is a competitive little race.

R6. G G City Boy. 💛❤️
Steps up to 1350m in a small field which looks voided of tempo. It is a tricky race but I believe he’s been crying out for the trip and gets in great at the weights finally.

R8 G G Can Win 💛❤️
The old boy is out to a mile in another even small field his runs suggest he’s been looking for a bit more ground but this will depend on him settling early on in the race.

He is second up off a little freshen but gets to his ideal track and distance and Jockey EBB

R6 n6 Getcha Groove On 💙🤍❤️
She’s been a very consistent mare and hoping she begins better then last start and will be there about as usual.

R7n2 G G City Boy 💛❤️
Also second up of a freshen but has improved off his first up run and drawn great but needs to be on his best behaviour and I’m sure he’ll be rattling home late.

We have 4 runners today at Devonport!

We kick off with 2 runners in race 3:
Getcha Groove On ❤️🤍💙
Platium Reggae ❤️💛
Both mares are in good form and have both bounced out of there most recent runs well and should right in the thick of things at the business end.

Race 4 Leo Davinci 💛💙
He’s stepping out to the mile for the first time but by the way hes been attacking the line at all his runs this prep it shouldn’t pose as a problem and we are looking forward to it as he’s glowing and has been knocking in the door.

Race 5 Star Walkin ❤️🤍💙
After his very impressive TasBred maiden win he rises in distance and class but this is something we are excited to see.

Absolutely loved her shes a strong girl , scoped clean xrays 👌🩵 by Frosted out of a mare thats only had one to the races (Spirit of Zero) and he won the listed 150k Gold Sovereign !!
