Our sweet boy Dodger is an easy going lad.

Meet Dodger, Male, Born 26/07/2021.
Please note, applicants with resident felines will have preference to adopt Dodger, as Dodger has been assessed as cat tolerant.

Dodger is a social fellow and could join a home with any sized canine ‘sibling’ from chihuahua to great dane. Dodger could even have a feline housemate if the two were a good match. Dodger would prefer all humans in his home were adults as he can be unsure of grabby hands and boisterous children. Dodger LOVES the company and affection of his people but could stay home alone for up the three hours. This time could increase with canine company. Like a typical greyhound, Dodger just needs one or two 20 minute walks to keep him healthy and his tail wagging. Although, these may turn out longer as he leans on you to demand his well earnt pats and scritches.

If you’re ready to welcome a loyal, loving companion into your life, Dodger just might be the perfect match.

Our greyhound Pink is ready to add a big splash of colour and joy to your life!

Meet Pink, Female, Born 11/05/2022.

This cheeky hound if 50 shades of fun and love, ready to smooch and wriggle your blues away. Warm and sunny as the colour yellow, Pink could join a canine ‘sibling’ of any size or hue from chihuahua to great dane. The young humans in Pink’s home would preferably be 14 years old or older as her play time can get as bold as neon colours, and may be a bit too boisterous for young children. She may be able to go home to younger children if they were used to large breeds. When she’s not dashing after her next toy, Pink will be your sweet little shadow painting your day with love and tail wags Pink can stay home alone for up to six hours at a time, and this could be lengthened with canine company. Pink doesn’t need much to keep her tail spinning like a colour wheel just one or two 20-minute walks and some playtime with her humans daily.

Pink loves her one or two daily 20 minute walks and a play with her humans. That is all she needs to keep her helicopter tail and wiggles going!

So if your life could use a touch more colour, Pink’s love is as rich as royal purple.

Who’s this cute snoot? It’s Snoozy!

Meet Snoozy, Female, Born 21/04/2018.
Snoozy is currently in foster care learning all about pet life. She will be available once her foster period has been completed, but applications are welcome before that time.

Snoozy is an older lady that’s young at heart. Snoozy loves to greet her people with the classic Greyhound teeth chitters and can be easily won over with a tasty snack. Snoozy is a little bit of an independent and anxious lady who would benefit from a home where the residents are nine years or older. A calm and polite medium or larger canine friend to show her the ropes of pet life would suit her nicely. Snoozy has not been assessed as suitable to join a home with cats. Snoozy would adjust well to home where her people are gone for six or more hours, she’s happy to occupy herself! One or two gentle 20 minute daily strolls around the neighbourhood where she can enjoy a sniffari would make Snoozy a happy girl.

Like his namesake Clark Kent, our Clark is a handsome and mild mannered gentleman with a heart of a hero and a secret superpower (he has a superspeed wagging tail).

Meet Clark, Male, Born 12/01/2021.
Clark is currently in foster care learning all about pet life. He will be available once his foster period has been completed, but applications are welcome before that time.

Clark is looking for his Jonathan and Martha Kent to adopt him and teach him about pet life. Clark could share his Fortress of Solitude with a medium or large doggie ‘sibling’. The little SuperBoy or SuperGirl by Clark’s side would preferably be nine years old or older as Clark can be a little unsure of boisterous young tots. Clark’s kryptonite is toys. He LOOOOVES toys and would appreciate if his new home had a big toy box for him. Clark could stay home alone for up to six hours alone, as long as he has a comfy dog bed to do his signature ‘superman’ roach pose. Like a typical greyhound, just one or two 20-minute strolls through Metropolis (or your neighbourhood) will keep his tail wagging at light speed.

If you’re ready to have your own hero, Clark is ready to trade in his glasses for a collar! https://bit.ly/GAPClark

🐱Cat Hound!

With the charm and friendly nature of the true Prince of Narnia, Caspian is every bit the charming soul his name suggests.

Meet Caspian, Male, Born 27/04/2023.
Caspian is currently in foster care learning all about pet life. He will be available once his foster period has been completed, but applications are welcome before that time.

This easy going boy is looking for his castle where he can lounge the day away in the sunshine. Caspian could have a doggie ‘sibling’ of any size from small to tall. A true friend to Aslan, Caspian could share his home with a feline resident of the right match. Although Caspian loves the company of humans, he prefers the little Lucys and Edmonds in his home to be nine years old or older, as grabby hands and boisterous young children can unsettle his princely poise. Caspian is still finding his courage when it comes to being left alone for long stretches, but with routine or the companionship of another canine, his confidence will no doubt grow. Caspian does not require epic adventures across Narnia, just one or two 20 minute walks through the neighbourhood keep his tail wagging.

If you have room in your kingdom for a gentle soul of royal nature, Caspian may be the fairytale hound you’ve been searching for. https://bit.ly/GAPCaspian
