Noms Open!

BDC and BAR are hosting a joint casual comp day! When we say casual... we mean super chill! Casual attire, casual comp, no formal draw. You can register now at the online price or pay cash on the day (which is $5 more expensive).

If you register online for Dressage through Horsify, you'll get your dressage results via your Horsify profile, which is pretty cool! Otherwise, if turning up on the day, pick your test with our judge and don't forget to see your BAR committee when you turn up to register for your showjumping round.

27 September: pending, but save the date for a possible fun joint event with another local club! I can’t let too much of the secret out, but probably involving 2 Olympic disciplines!
11 October: BAR will return to Sporting!
15 November: Break-up and dress-up Jumping day

Surprise! Club day this weekend! Sunday 2 August 2026, gates open 8:30 for riding from 9. Free for full members, $20 day membership + $5 entry for non members. Payment is cash or bank transfer on the day.

It’s jump training day again!

This Sunday 7 June from 9am! Heights start at 20cm and go up from there. 3 rounds per entry, choose your height/s.

Full members: $20 entry
Day members: $25 entry + $20 day membership

And if that’s not up your alley, we’re opening up the grounds for club day use for those not jumping.

Full members: free!
Day members: $10 entry + $20 day membership
This gets you use of the flatwork area next to the jump arena and use of the warm up jumps in case you want to dabble. Poles, bends and barrels available.

Entry on the day (both options) and gates open at 8:30.

As always: super low pressure, lots of fun and a very welcoming crowd. Come on down and bring your friends!

What an absolutely smashing day today at our Jump Training day! Thanks everyone for coming! So great to see you all having fun and giving it a go!

*EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT!!*

We've partnered up with Bundaberg Active Riders for a joint club HACK SHOW!

We can't wait for you to see our schedule which includes all the classic hack classes in ring one and specially designed all round classes in ring two.

The schedule will be published in the next couple of days and entries via Nominate open mid week.

BDC is also busily organising our second dressage show date in May along with an Alice Hurley Dressage clinic. All this and 2026 calendar dates to be finilised very soon!

Its on again! We're kicking off this year with a Jump Training Day! Everyone is welcome and we're proud of our welcoming, encouraging atmosphere so come and give it a go!

Gates open and course walk from 8:30, jumping to start at 9am.

Nominate on the day. Entry is $20 per horse for full members ($70 per year, available on the day), or $25 per horse + $20 day membership for casual riders. Payment via cash or bank transfer.
