To help our schedule run smoothly, you’ll now get a different series of reminders before your appointment:

✔ 1st reminder – 3 days before
✔ 2nd reminder – 2 days before if you haven’t confirmed
✔ Final reminder – 1 day before

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel — otherwise fees may apply. This helps us plan the best care for every pet each day. We’ll always do our best to be flexible where we can 💕🐶

🚨 TICK WARNING 🚨
Heads up, Fur So Fetch fam — we’re still finding paralysis ticks on dogs, even in this cooler weather! 🐾

We found one on a pup just today, and sadly, one of our clients recently lost their dog due to a tick. 💔

Please stay vigilant:
✔️ Check your dog daily, especially around ears, paws, and under the collar
✔️ Make sure their tick prevention is up to date
✔️ Chat to your vet if you’re unsure what’s best

Ticks aren’t just a summer problem — let’s keep our dogs safe, year-round.

We’re fetching ourselves a brand new home! 🐾

From September, Fur So Fetch is moving to Redland Bay Village, right next to Boss Burgers and Johnno’s Fish & Chips! 🍔🐟

Same friendly faces, same fluff-loving care — just a fresh new space (with way more room for tail wags and pampering)!

We are SO excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to welcome you and your pups through our new doors 🐶💖
