We’ve been unable to send automated reminders for upcoming appointments, so please keep your scheduled time in mind. If you are unsure, we should have our computer systems back up and running by 8:30am to check for you.

For pets booked in for surgery:
🐾 Ensure all dogs and cats are fasted from food after 8:00pm tonight.
🐾 Water can be provided overnight but must be removed when you wake up.
🐾 all cats must be secured in a cat carrier.

Please arrive at the clinic for check-in between 9:00am and 11:00am.

We are at full capacity for consults today. Our computer system is currently down as we change over with our IT system. We are unable to take any extra consultations or emergencies.

Our phone lines are currently closed off as we are unable to access files to make future bookings.

🐣🌿 Easter Holiday Trading Hours 🌿🐣

With the Easter long weekend approaching, our clinic hours will be changing for the public holidays.

Please take note of our adjusted trading hours and plan ahead to ensure your pets have everything they need over the break. 🐾
If your pet requires medication or an appointment, we recommend getting in touch with us today to avoid any last-minute stress.

Please note our small Saturday opening hours 9-11am are for pre-scheduled appointments.

Dr Lachy and Nurse Emma were out on the road today visiting one of our local farmers to check on a lame bull 🐮

After safely sedating him, Dr Lachy was able to assess the issue and provide treatment. With a bit of rest and recovery time, he’ll be back on his feet and ready to rejoin the herd in no time!

We love getting out on farm and helping keep your livestock happy and healthy 🧑‍🌾🐄

What a Sunday ☀️

A huge thank you to Dr Lachlan for going above and beyond after ‘Gina’ - Vet Nurse Kirsten’s family horse - who got spooked and ran through a barbed wire fence, leaving her with multiple cuts—especially to her front forelimb.

Not only did both Dr Lachlan and Dr Beth provide advice late last night, but Dr Lachlan was also able to come out this morning (on his day off) to assess her, update her vaccinations, and guide us through administering the necessary injections, turning it into a valuable teaching moment for our nurses as we continue stepping into the world of large animal care.

We’re so grateful for your care, dedication, and willingness to help when it mattered most 🐎

Every day, vet clinics like ours see a growing number of stray cats and kittens brought through our doors we are unable to hold at the clinic.
This petition aims to support better outcomes for everyone:
🐱 Improving welfare for stray and abandoned cats
🌱 Protecting our native wildlife
🏡 Encouraging responsible, sustainable solutions
💛 Reducing the pressure on local vet clinics and rescue groups
