🌞Feel-good Friday Pupdate🌞
Ranger was left at the pound shortly before Christmas and has since been considered our Christmas Gift.
At 10-years-old this boy was completely blind and his ear tips had been shredded by flies. We treated his ears and we keep his eyes pain free with drops, soon they will sadly need to be removed for his own comfort.
Fast forward 4 months and this is what his forever carer, Emma-Maree has to say about him now.
"Ranger (who’s nickname is Picnic / Piccyniccy because he’s sweet like chocolate and everyone loves a picnic 😍)
He is the BEST boy. Eats anything now, especially a lil scabby raccoon for any of our dinners 😂👀
Absolutely adores his little tripod brother Mash Potato. Tries to ‘outsled’ his big sister Meeshka on every walk. Has taken over our bed and entire hearts. Loves making biscuits’ like a cat rubbing his head and paws into the blankies 🥹
Has made lots of dogs friends, we’ve gone on lots of little adventures and outings, he knows most of his commands and his way around the house now. I was a bit wary about having a third blind pooch in the house but he’s fit into our house of specials SO well and we love him so freaking much thanks HAART fam 🫶🏼
We will be organising some fun little fundraisers for him in the very near future (a head will be shaved 😉)"
Thank you Emma-Maree for everything you do for Ranger ###
