A superb 3 clear rounds by Belinda Marie and WF Fair Lady in today’s Gaenor McInnes Memorial class to place 4th! This is one of our favourite competitions of the year and we are thrilled with how brilliantly this mare jumped today. This was a huge step up in height for her and she just got better each round 😍 lots of carrots for the best girl 🥕

Her dam Lafayette MVNZ won this class back in 2021 proving consistent jumpers is well and truly in the family 🦄

A visit today to see the old girl Sooty, (Aspyration) now 29 years young and glowing!

This lovely girl had a great career with both Belinda and Emma in both eventing and showjumping.

Sooty and her long time retirement friend Gemma are thriving on our property at Roelands. There’s something to be said for horses living like horses, it is the most incredible block of land with amazing undulation, versatile soil and pasture and a lovely dam for the girls to swim in. What better way to live out their last years ❤️

Wow! First foal on the ground for 2026, ‘Umiko WF’ a dashing c**t by Uricas vd Kattevennen out of Taloulah AB (Taloubet x Diarado x Clearway).

Huge thankyou goes to Jane Beynon for safely foaling this guy, he was a little back to front so it took some quick thinking and experience to get him into the world 💪🏼

Fun fact, Taloulah is from a serious jumping dam line; her dam Cera Diarada, her sister Christella and also the son of Christella, Chuppachup AB have all been crowned WA Champion Young Showjumping Horse!

WF Fair Lady has been on fine form these past few months!

At Tyrooki Spring Festival she had great results with multiple placings including 5th in the David Squire Memorial 115 on the Sunday!

She backed up her good form on the weekend placing 2nd in the Ami class at Wasja sitting her 3rd currently on the leaderboard series 🙌🏼
She is patiently waiting for her winning rug after being the bridesmaid consecutively 😜

We are looking forward to cheering this team on for the rest of the season!

Next Gen Professionals - exciting to come across this new innovation working to bridge the gap between horses and riders. As well as ensuring breeders are recognised for the essential role they play in the sport 🙌 look forward to seeing how this develops.
