Meet the absolutely precious Cleo! This beautiful little puppy dropped by for a special visit and instantly stole the entire team's hearts.

Between those massive puppy dog eyes, those perfect floppy ears, and the sweet nature, we all lined up for a turn holding Cleo. Cleo took all the attention completely in their stride and was the bravest little superstar during their time with us.

Starting the week with puppy cuddles is a tough job, but someone has to do it! 🩺🍼

Meet Muhur, our absolutely beautiful (and clearly very relaxed) Patient of the Week!

While most dogs wait patiently on the floor, Muhur decided the reception counter was the perfect spot to completely melt into a puddle of cuteness. With that signature head tilt taken to a whole new level and his tongue sliding right onto the desk, he completely dissolved the hearts of our reception team.

Honestly, seeing our patients feel this safe, silly, and completely at ease walking through our clinic doors is the absolute best part of our job.

⚠️ Warning: Liquid treat trance activated! 👁️🐈‍⬛

Raise your hand if your cat completely changes the second a treat tube opens? 🙋‍♂️💥

Exhibit A: The gorgeous Milo, who visited us last week.
Milo is normally a very polite, sophisticated kitten. But the moment a liquid treat strip appears? Complete laser-focus. Those eyes lock on, the tongue goes into overdrive, and he completely forgets he is even standing inside a vet clinic!

It is officially our favourite clinical "cheat code" for stress-free exams. It works so well it almost feels like magic, but it is just the power of pure, delicious distraction. 🍦✨
