1️⃣ Floor-Level Exams: Our team gets right down on the floor on soft blankets so your pet keeps all four paws on solid ground.
2️⃣ Positive Association: We flood them with high-value treats and praise before any checking begins.
3️⃣ Reading the Room: We never rush. If a patient needs a minute to sniff around and get comfortable, we let them take their time.

The "Cone of Shame" is actually a "Cape of Healing!" 🦸‍♀️🩹

We know the "sad eyes" are hard to resist, but as Celine shows us, the Elizabethan collar is essential after surgery.

Why we insist on the cone:
1️⃣ Infection Protection: Mouth bacteria can cause nasty issues if they lick the site.
2️⃣ Stitch Safety: One quick chew can undo a whole surgery in seconds! 🧵
3️⃣ Faster Recovery: Keeping the area dry means getting back to park play sooner.

If you can't supervise them 100% of the time, the collar stays on! 💡

Celine has been such a superstar with Dr. Que and the team. Even with her new "lampshade" look, her spirit (and those soulful eyes!) warmed all our hearts today. ❤️
