🐎 EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – PART-TIME CASUAL
Mainly Grooming Duties | Approx. 18 hrs per week

We’re looking for an experienced performance horse person to join our boutique agistment team. This role is primarily focused on grooming and presentation of clients’ quality performance horses. Saddling and unsaddling for clients.
✔️ No heavy lifting required
✔️ Minimal stable cleaning (generally weekends only)
✔️ Supportive, family-style team environment
✔️ Excellent facilities and flexible hours

🕒 Roster (Fortnightly Rotation):
Week 1
• Tue / Wed / Fri – 11:30am–5:30pm
Week 2
• Tue / Fri – 11:30am–5:30pm
• Sat & Sun – 7:00am–10:00am

🐴 You must be:
• 100% reliable and trustworthy
• Experienced with valuable performance horses
• Hardworking, detail-focused, and passionate about horses

💰 Pay Rates (above award):
• Weekdays – $35.00/hr
• Saturdays – $52.50/hr
• Sundays – $70.00/hr
• Superannuation paid in addition to the above rates

Part Time/Full Time Casual Position Available

Experienced performance horse person wanted to assist on a quality boutique agistment property.

Working with the Grandview Park Equestrian team offers a family environment where everyone strives to achieve the best. Being centrally located you will enjoy best quality facilities, flexible working conditions and excellent pay rates.

To be considered for this role you must be:
A competent horse person with previous experience handling valuable performance horses
100% Reliable, Trustworthy and committed to the role.
Hardworking and Diligent
Have initiative and an eye for detail and be passionate about high level horse care.

Successful applicants will be paid above award rates mid-week ($35.00ph) ** and full penalty rates on weekends ($52.50 on Saturdays and $70.00 on Sundays) **

You will also enjoy use of facilities for your own riding including an indoor and an outdoor arena. A great team environment with ongoing employer support.

The role includes the day-to-day care of both stabled and paddocked horses.
Minimum Hours are approx. 20 per week worked over Tuesday and Wednesday(8am-4pm) Thursday(7.30am-11.30am). Additional hours are available for suitable applicants if required.
