As of today, any late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will incur a 50% appointment fee.
As a small business, I do my very best to accommodate everyone's scheduling needs. Unfortunately, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on my ability to serve other clients and keep my business running smoothly.

With all the new dog apparel hitting the shops I thought I would jump on and reminded you that putting a coat on a dog with a long or thick coat can cause the fur to rub together and cause matting. Daily browsing to idea when dressing your dog. And remember to take it off during the day if you leave for work as dogs don't regulate their temp like us.
So if your looking at dressing your dog this winter let me know at you next appointment so I can groom them to the ideal length to avoid matting.
Remember regular grooming is key to a happy and healthy dog

Friendly reminder to please toilet your dog before visiting the salon. Take a minute to allow them to go on the grass. I can provide poo bags in the salon.
With multiple dogs toileting in the salon it can really put us behind.
