As of today, any late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will incur a 50% appointment fee.
As a small business, I do my very best to accommodate everyone's scheduling needs. Unfortunately, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on my ability to serve other clients and keep my business running smoothly.
