We love seeing our Peppercorn Canvas creations out in the wild.

This one is currently holidaying in NSW. We dressed up an older-style caravan with a new awning roof to allow for a quick and simple setup.

The original annexe had been manufactured with older-style brass clips that are no longer available. The solution was to install modern sail track fittings on the side of the van to accommodate the new awning roof. Original fittings are still in place so that the full annexe can also be used if required.

The awning has reportedly "been in the middle of a couple of doozy storms and held well with no leaks".

During the week, the last project for 2023 rolled out the door.
We've lost count of how many Peppercorn Canvas annexes have been custom made, but we do enjoy finding them as we stroll around caravan parks.

We will now be taking a break until Monday 22nd January 2024.

The last project for 2022 has rolled out the door. Lindsay worked hard (and late) to complete as many projects as possible for you to use on your Christmas holidays.

We will now be taking a break until January 23.

Lindsay is currently recovering from hand surgery but will be back on board to work on the projects scheduled for February. He will be relaxing and enjoying time with family but will be monitor emails for those who need to book in projects for March/April.

Today, the last caravan for the year rolled out of the Peppercorn Canvas shed with it's new front annexe extension. Followed by the last potato harvester cover for the year. We are now closed and will open again on January 27th.

For the next couple of weeks we will be taking a break and not thinking about canvas. After that we'll spend time scheduling the projects that have been requested for February to April.

We look forward to seeing photos of our annexes out in the wild while you enjoy the summer break.

We haven't posted our projects for a while because we have been flat out trying to get all the annexes finished before we close for Christmas. 🎄

This long weekend we took the opportunity to take a short break and head to Halls Gap for a few days. Today we trekked to the Beehive Falls as well as the new Gar Falls.

We hope some of our Peppercorn annexes managed to get away this weekend.

The QR codes were already in place and need to be scanned by all visitors to help with any future contact tracing.

We love seeing our Peppercorn Canvas products out in the wild. It was great to see this set of awning walls being used as an annexe whilst the owners were holidaying in a beautiful bush setting.

There are so many options for custom awning walls : mesh windows, canvas windows, plastic windows - or all 3. Removable walls, split walls, doors at either end, windows at either end ...... made to fit your requirements.

You might have guessed that we enjoy waterfalls and the lovely walks to get there.

This most recent day trip was to the Otways to check out the Hopetoun Falls and Stevenson Falls.

Today's public holiday allowed us to take a nice day trip to Maryborough for some snapshots of historic buildings.

We even called in to visit a client (and his Peppercorn Canvas annexe) holidaying at the local caravan park.

Not even much traffic on the road.

One of our Peppercorn Canvas products has made it all the way to Ayers Rock.

The awning with a removable wall is no doubt a useful addition as protection from the Northern Territory sun.

The Peppercorn family took the day off for the Good Friday public holiday and enjoyed a lovely walk to the Ferntree Waterfalls at Mount Buangor State Park. 🌲🌲

Well worth a visit if you have time over the holidays. An easy day trip from Ballarat.

We hope you had the opportunity to do something enjoyable this long weekend. You may even have taken your van and annexe away for a short holiday.

We took time off during the public holiday to pop over to Staffordshire to look around the Jubilee Company Quartz mine. A nice, peaceful walk in the drizzle.

This will slow him down.

We are happy to say that after some late-night and weekend hours, we have completed all projects that were scheduled prior to Christmas, and even a couple of extra tasks.

As Lindsay has just had surgery on his fingers, we are definitely not able to take on any more projects this year. Instead we will take a break and prepare for 2021.
