Today was one of those days that reminds you just how much these beautiful animals become a part of our lives. 🤍🐾
Today was this beautiful boy’s last visit with us at the salon.
As a dog groomer, we’re lucky enough to be there for so many chapters of a dog’s life. We meet them as puppies, watch them grow, get to know their little personalities and quirks, and eventually, we sometimes have to say goodbye.
There’s something incredibly emotional about grooming a dog for the last time, knowing that you’ll never see that familiar face walk through the salon door again.
We may be their groomer, but these dogs become so much more than just clients. We love them, we worry about them, we celebrate their milestones and we form a bond with them and their families.
It’s one of the hardest parts of this job — loving them, knowing that one day we have to let them go.
Thank you for being one of ours JD. You will be missed more than you know. 🌈🐾🤍
