Welcome to Perrys Stockfeed & Saddlery

In 1937, Richard Stanley “Stan” Perry established a local chaff cutting contracting business. In the mid 1940’s he then started pressing hay and in 1952 he bought a pickup bailer and was now cutting chaff and bailing hay and also supply stores in Melbourne as well as the local farmers through to the 1970’s. He now had the help from his sons Owen, Stuart & De

nnis. He then purchased a property at 5 Market Street, Kyneton known as R.S. Perry & Sons, and opened the Hay and Grain Store. As the business was progressively growing (1974-75) a block was purchased on Edgecombe Road and in 1978 Perrys Chaff Mill was built and the chaff cutter relocated to its new home. In the 1980’s various works were done at the mill with the construction of a new hay shed and with expansions to product lines and introducing some saddlery products, renovations were made to the shop. In the 1990’s Perrys Stockfeed expanded even more, supplying other companies throughout Victoria and expanding its saddlery line to what it is today - Perrys Stockfeed & Saddlery.

NEW PRODUCT -IN STORE NOW

RED HEN DEWORMER 10kg the easiest way to deworm your chickens.

RED HEN DEWORMER CONTAINS 60PPM FLUBENDAZOLE

Highly effective dewormer
No withholding period for eggs
Ease of dosing
Use for worming programs for the control of the most common worm species found in chickens, including tapeworms. Ascaridia galli, Heterakis gallinarum, Capillaria spp., Amidostomum Anseris, Trichostrongylus tenuis and Raillietina sp.
Flubendazole's efficacy against all life stages of the worm (adult, larvae and eggs), means the beneficial effect on the flock is long-lasting. There is no need to discard eggs during or after treatment periods.
Signs of infestation can be difficult to identify. Rate of lay, egg size, yolk colour and egg shell quality can all be affected by worm burdens.
