The time has come to shift direction back towards our intended course. It was always meant to be about the horses.. but I suppose I got a bit sidetracked whilst waiting for my young horses to grow, and unfortunately the goats will need to go to a home that can dedicated the time and energy their quality deserves.
The following pygmy goats are all from succesful proven show lines. No expense, time, consideration or effort was spared in sourcing the best quality animals for our herd, to produce the stock listed as available below. Pygmy type has been placed ahead of percentage at every consideration to ensure these lines will produce true type before reaching the very small gene pool over 85%, and as such, all goats below exhibit pygmy type that exceeds the expectation /averages of their percentage. Whilst we have not tested our herd for CAE/JD, all of our goats were sourced from annually tested herds, and have not been exposed to goats or cattle outside of our own herd and private property. All of our goats are NLIS tagged with EID devices per last years regulatory changes. They are fully vaccinated and wormed, and will be sold registered with AABMGS. All goats will have had dna done already or dna on both parents available for you to complete your own dna PV. All of our coloured/spotted goats were bred for quality, health and correct conformation as first priority.
They are priced fairly and reflect their quality. Due to this, these goats are best suited to serious breeder homes that are looking to invest in their herd. If you're looking for cheap, or 'just pets with the option to breed later' please look elsewhere. We in no rush to sell. Prices are firm, exceptional homes are not negotiable. Goats can be viewed in person, vet inspections welcome and invited at the buyers own expense on property. Heights and ages that are missing, along with current photos will be uploaded throughout the week, but please consider this a sneak peak for anyone looking to register their interest ahead of the public/gumtree listings.

Very small, solid type, correct conformation. Exciting breeding potential, out of Buccanwood Luarna (who has consistently thrown small kids of great type and quality). I think she might do quite well in the show ring. Exceptional udder. Bottle baby, but takes a little time and love to warm up to you. Bottom of the pecking order in the herd. Dehorned but does have a scur.

Excellent (above average) pygmy type for her percentage, bottle baby, very affectionate, show quality lines. Exceptional udder, great conformation. A solid addition to any breeding program looking for spots without compromising on quality or pgymy type. Will be sold in kid to Alfie, or retained until weaning.

Good type for her percentage, but is expected to throw exceptional type when paired to a quality buck. Beautoful pygmy head. She was the runt of quads out of Buccanwood Zendaya (multi show winning doe, with a long career of producing many exceptional and successfully shown offspring). I felt she was way too small when the quads were ready to be dehorned so we held off, and before we realised it, had missed our opportunity. Whilst she lives with 3 other very young dehorned does without any issue, she is in the top two of the pecking order in the herd so would need time to integrate safely into another dehorned herd before being let loose or unsupervised. Please consider the requirements of caring for horned goats before considering Ruby. Very affectionate and friendl with people, you'd never know she wasn't a bottle baby! Will be sold in kid to Alfie, or retained until weaning.

Very small, incredible markings. Very affectionate gentle boy with a very nice square pygmy head, solid type and conformation. This boys sire consistently threw great heads & small ears and passed his spots on to 50% of offspring each season. From show lines, great opportunity to bring spots in to your herd without compromising on quality or pygmy type.

Exceptional conformation and type- better than some full bloods ive seen out there! Full luxurious mane. Short and very stout.
Bottle baby, very gentle and affectionate with the girls and people of all sizes.
I would love to see this boy in the show ring, I think he would blow their socks off if they saw him in person.

This guy is the biggest in our herd (lowest percentage), but always the favourite amongst our visitors. Bottle baby, easy going, very affectionate. Loves people, pats, treats. Ideal for human kids, great babysitter for young goat kids. Holds his own in the doe pen and the bucks pen but is otherwise placid and sits happily adjacent to any pecking order. Is a great goat to have to show visitors/buyers the difference between low percentage/Australian mini type versus mid/high percentage pygmy type.
