Hi Everyone, just a quick note to say that we have sourced enough cows to hold one clinic in July.
The date is 19th and 20th. The clinic will include horsemanship required to help you and your horse work cattle as a team, how to get the most out of training with the mechanical cow and learning how to read and work live cows. Morning tea and lunch both days and free camping with hot showers inclusive. Indoor arena incase we have cool weather and fires to sit around in the evening.
We already have 6 lovely ladies filling spots but there are a few spots left so if you are interested in a fun, no pressure clinic with your horse learning the basics of cow work give us a call or message this page. Cost is $550 per person. We don’t know when the next clinic will be due to the current climate situation so don’t miss out!

Hi everyone,

Due to the overwhelming interest we have had in our May weekend it is necessary to start at 10 am on Saturday morning with the complimentary mechanical cow works with Richard. As we have no definite numbers as to how many runs in the preworks the herd preworks will commence immediately after the mechanical cow works followed by the one on one preworks. Regarding payments and numbers we will require at time of signing your indemnity waiver that you confirm how many herd and one on one preworks you require. Following the conclusion of the preworks we will commence with the dry work judges interpretation and demonstration on how to get the most out of working the mechanical cow.
We are looking forward to a fun and relaxed informative weekend. There are BBQ’s and microwaves available for your catering purposes. Sunday start timeTBA.

🐎🐎🐎🐄🐄🐄 WHAT IS AVAILABLE THIS MAY WEEKEND 🐄🐎🐄🐎🐄🐎
Hello All,
Just an updated post on what’s going on this first of May weekend.
Preworks will start on Saturday at 12 noon with complimentary ( FREE) mechanical cow prework guided by Richard ( 10 min time frame) as preparation for your live cow works.
Next we will have Herd pre-works ($75 per work) with Richards input if wanted 😂
Followed by the One on One preworks ($75 for 2 cows) as an additional introduction to you cow work.
As an added bonus for the weekend, those of you who compete in the drywork/ mechanical cow work will have the opportunity to attend a horsemanship explanation from a judges point of view including some demonstrations on what’s right and wrong in your dry work patterns,what is expected in the pattern and examples of how to correctly work and be judged on the mechanical cow. If you feel your horse is not up to mechanical we will just do the dry work. All just part of and inclusive of you having fun with your horse, no charge, for those who wish to partake.

Hi All,

Here are the patterns for the Fun Show on 2nd, 3rd & 4rth May.

Friday will be the practise day with both the Herd and One On One Preworks. We will also have more practise preworks on the Sunday morning before the show starts.
I have attached the patterns for the Dry / mechanical cow event , including the judges tips, plus the Cow Horse pattern to give you plenty of time to practise!
The Hi point tally is starting to get very exciting with not much between a lot of competitors vying to win the Hi Point horse at the end of the Fun Show series.
Don’t forget entries are open and will close on Tuesday the 29 th of April @ 9pm.
