We r a small family business which prides itself on its quality of work but most of all the happiness of THE DOGS , We bond with every dog that visets us . We specialise in all breeds and styles and also off a daycare facility for our grooming clients so the doggies can have fun and socialise while getting groomed . We cater for all skin types and coats and we also offer other grooming for other

animals , we use nothing but the best quality shampoos ,conditioners and treatments for your dog or cat and u will definitely see the difference when coming to Shampers. We pride ourselves on never cutting corners in our work , so we are not a production line salon , we really get to know every dog so they can have a really enjoyable experience every time they see us . Nicolette trained at the academy of dog grooming in 2001 and holds a degree in dog grooming and animal behaviour , with 20+ years experience your dog will always be happy visiting our salon . We also sell grooming products so please call us if u have any queries or even if need a few tips on home grooming or mentoring yourself , we are always happy to help in any way we can

Be patient when introducing your puppy to grooming and get in touch with a groomer as soon as u bring your puppy home.. get advice over the phone as to what to do while the little one is waiting for all their shots and that way by the time you’ve booked their first appointment you’ve already got them very fluent and brushing the bath the blow dryer and sitting still then if you’ve done that your puppy will thrive with grooming the first one is teaching your puppy to sit still second one is teaching your puppy to enjoy Water third one is to teach your puppy to enjoy the noise of the blow dryer and then the fourth one is bringing them to us and we put it all together and start desensitising towards the whole project.

We love it when we get to groom dogs from puppy hood..the relationship we create over time and even if a dog isn’t amazing at the start requiring some desensitisation and training towards grooming eventually the bond becomes strong ..this is one of our beautiful regular clients Bonnie
