🚨 GET READY, PONY CLUBBERS!🚨

The 2026 State Tetrathlon & Formal Gymkhana Championship entries are OPENING SOON and this is one you do not want to miss! 🏇💥

📅 Entries open Friday 6th February at 6:00pm
⏰ So now’s the time to get organised, make sure you’ve got your ZCI entry codes, horse details (including microchip number), and swim times sorted this weekend. Don’t leave it until the last minute!

🏕️ Limited stables available → This means first in, best dressed (or best stabled)! Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Open yards available.

We’re officially riding into the 2026 Pony Club season, and it all kicks off with rally days starting this weekend! 🎉

From fun-filled rally days and skill building, to friendships, confidence and of course plenty of time in the saddle, well there’s never been a better time to get involved.

✨ Thinking about Pony Club in 2026? Come and join Helensburgh Pony Club✨

If you’ve been on the fence about joining Helensburgh Pony Club, this is your sign. HBPC is all about fun, learning and community, whether you’re brand new to Pony Club or returning after a break.

Our rally days are packed with variety. Show jumping, dressage, sporting, games, show riding and plenty of chances to build confidence for both riders and ponies. We focus on good horsemanship, safety and enjoyment at every level, from beginners through to experienced riders.

More than anything, HBPC is a welcoming, supportive club. Kids and adults alike make lifelong friendships and become part of a great community.

Memberships for 2026 are open via JustGo and include insurance for the year. We have an exciting year of rally days and guest instructors already in the works and we would love to see some new faces.

Collective Horse Handling is proud to now offer trauma-informed counselling and equine assisted therapy in Maddens Plains, NSW, alongside our established riding instruction and horsemanship coaching.

Summer works with adults and adolescents using body-based, nervous-system-aware approaches, with horses as grounded and responsive partners. This is ethical, regulated, non-riding work focused on safety, regulation, and building real-world capacity.

HOW TO JOIN HELENSBURGH PONY CLUB FOR 2026 🐎

🔹 1. New Members (first-time Pony Club members)
1. Create a JustGo profile.
2. Go to the Pony Club membership portal JustGo and sign up as a new user.
3. Enter personal details and create your account.
4. Find Helensburgh Pony Club in JustGo.
5. Search for Helensburgh Pony Club as the club you want to join.
6. On JustGo submit your join request.
(Helensburgh Pony Club approves your request.) After approval:
7. You can choose and pay for the membership type (e.g., junior rider, adult rider, non-riding).
• The membership includes insurance and affiliation with Pony Club NSW and Pony Club Australia.

🔹 2. Existing Members (renewal or continuing with Helensburgh)
1. Log into your JustGo account.
2. Use your existing membership profile to log in.
3. Renew or continue your membership.
4.Go to your membership section and renew or add the current year’s membership for Helensburgh Pony Club.
5. Pay membership fees. Complete payment online through JustGo.

🔹 3. Transferring Members (moving from another Pony Club)
1. Log into your existing JustGo profile
(You do not need a new account.)
2. Initiate a transfer in JustGo.
Within your profile, find your current club listing.
• Click the three dots next to the club box and choose Transfer.
• Search for Helensburgh Pony Club as your new club.
• Provide a reason for the transfer.
Approval process
• Your current Pony Club must approve your departure.
• Helensburgh Pony Club must approve your arrival.
• It helps to tell both clubs in advance so they can approve the transfer promptly.
After approval:
3. Pay membership fees. Complete payment online through JustGo.
