Transfurmations Established in 2011, Trans-Fur-Mations is a solely owned and operated dog grooming service. Prices start from $40 depending on size and coat condition.

Grooming services include:

Bath and dry - warm hydro bath, shampoo, condioner, nail trimming, ear cleaning, full body brush. Prices start from $40 depending on size and coat condition

Tidy groom - all features of the bath and dry plus feet, face and sanitary trim. Full groom - all features of the tidy groom are included plus your choice of style clip (dependent upon coat condition) prices start

at $50

Breed clips - Breed clips are available. All features of the Tidy groom are included in this service with the breed clip being tailored to the breed that you own. Prices start from $60

Puppy Groom - Warm bath using appropriate shampoo/conditioner for your pup, gentle blow dry, comb/brush, tidy of face, feet, tail & sanitary areas and nail clip. (For pups 4 – 6 months - and a free gift!)

While her big brother Oakley was dropped off for a groom, their owner is thinking ahead to when this little girl will be ready.

Building strong positive associations in all the right places. Not letting every single person say hi to your dog, and keeping things short and sweet.

While I did get my hands on this girl for a cuddle, I was also used as a lure and light distraction as part of her training today. While restraining myself from doing the typical puppy squish it’s important to remember that lots of dogs I meet are going to have big prey drives, so keeping them as neutral as possible in environments that call for calm is mandatory.

I can’t wait to work with this girl. She’s nailing her training at just 10 and a half weeks old 🥰🥰🥰

It doesn’t need to be long lengths of time. Just enough to make it a good experience. Take the time, train your dog.

The sweetest girl who never put a paw wrong. Who was always happy to come in, take a nap while being dried, couldn’t stop wagging her tail when being groomed, and absolutely was a pleasure to have around the salon.

The tears were flowing today when your mum came and told me you’d crossed the bridge only just last week. And as I hit that cancellation button on your next appointment my heart broke knowing I won’t be seeing you again 😭

Fly free little miss perfect. I know your mum never believed me when I said you were never naughty for me, but you truly were right up there with some of the easiest dogs I’ve ever had the pleasure of grooming.

Sleep well beautiful girl, you’ve earned your rest.

She usually comes in just for a nail trim. But her owner is finding it harder to bath her these days. As a dog who’s never had a professional groom Ellie was so perfect and took it all in her stride 🥰🥰🥰

The only thing we did differently was crate dry her for her head so she wasn’t overwhelmed as she had never had a hair dryer on her. Pushing her that far would have been cruel and she sat up in the crate quite happily while the dryer did the work. Her owner was generally suprised we managed to get her done but in fact she was super easy to work with. A quick nail trim and she was back with mum within the hour.

Some dogs just make your day, she’s one of them. 💜

This crack head squealed with excitement when I picked her up super early this morning 😂 she happily pulled me to the car, threw herself in, threw herself out and promptly bashed on the door of the salon to be let in. Meanwhile I’m tired and coffeeless (I’ll sort the coffee shortly) and she’s running rings around me while I’m laughing at her.

Little does she know she’s gonna get a bath momentarily 😂

Love her gusto for life, even as a senior dog she’s still an absolute crackhead 😂🥰

He might have 3 legs, but don’t feel sorry for him, he would be a demon with 4 😂😂😂

He may have had a tough start to life losing his leg to another dog but I’m telling you, he’s coping just fine without it.

The reality is, you make adjustments for a 3 legged dog. It’s much the same for a senior dog. You give them a little more grace if they’re a bit wriggly. But the fact is, Odin gets done every 8 weeks and in 3 or 4 short sessions he’s smashed it. He puts himself in the bath before I can even assist him. He puts himself on the table before I get a chance to help. This boy is such a champ and a massive shout out to his owner who’s put in the effort and time getting him to this point.

Today went so flawlessly for both of us. I couldn’t be any prouder of him 🥰🥰🥰

Good boy Odin, I’ll see you very soon!
