Transfurmations Established in 2011, Trans-Fur-Mations is a solely owned and operated dog grooming service. Prices start from $40 depending on size and coat condition.

Grooming services include:

Bath and dry - warm hydro bath, shampoo, condioner, nail trimming, ear cleaning, full body brush. Prices start from $40 depending on size and coat condition

Tidy groom - all features of the bath and dry plus feet, face and sanitary trim. Full groom - all features of the tidy groom are included plus your choice of style clip (dependent upon coat condition) prices start

at $50

Breed clips - Breed clips are available. All features of the Tidy groom are included in this service with the breed clip being tailored to the breed that you own. Prices start from $60

Puppy Groom - Warm bath using appropriate shampoo/conditioner for your pup, gentle blow dry, comb/brush, tidy of face, feet, tail & sanitary areas and nail clip. (For pups 4 – 6 months - and a free gift!)

This is captain stink eye at her finest. Her hobbies include not getting wet, dodging as many grooming appointments as possible, and challenging me to a kung fu match 😂🤦‍♀️

This was her face the moment I told her it was bathtime.

And if you think this is bad you should see her being walked in the rain 😂😂

Good girl Brandy, you may go back to your regularly scheduled gremlin chaos which doesn’t involve a visit to the groomer or kick boxing me 😂😂

When I made this booking we were opting for a quiet day. Daisy walked in and the noise erupted like a volcano much to my disappointment. Daisy has a medical condition that requires a low stress environment. Stress levels exacerbates it… this medical condition is known as Canine Addison’s Disease and she was diagnosed before 12 months of age. While it’s not the most common thing I’ve ever seen, she’s the 3rd dog I can think of off the top of my head who’s got it.

And yet…

While vocal during some parts, she really didn’t put a paw wrong… she was shy around having her head dried so we opted to crate dry to keep noise and stress lower… and she handled everything beautifully.

The hand over went smoothly when mum dropped her off. No fuss was made and no over the top fru fru crap to set her off. Her mum set her up so well for success and opted for a lower maintenance haircut to ensure she doesn’t have to go through unnecessary grooming. I’m really impressed by the attitude this client has when it comes to her dog 🥰🥰🥰 that’s most definitely a client I’m happy to have!

See you in 8 weeks beautiful girl! 🥰🥰🥰

💜💜💜💜 Maggie and Olive 💜💜💜💜

Maggie began her journey with us not so long ago. The first time, she was super shut down, second time, she was a little better, this time? ROCKSTAR!!!!

While she’s a super nervous rescue with a dodgy history, her owner has absolutely put the work in and built up her confidence. What a credit to her dog. While she knows the story behind her girl, she’s not holding onto it and making it mean that Maggie can’t thrive, because she absolutely can and does!

So so sooooo proud of how far Maggie has come and the amazing condition her coat is in with just a couple of tangles to remove which she let me with no problem, despite being head shy.

Olive is her best friend and a fabulous asset to the family. She’s confident but relaxed and took everything in her stride.

Of course both girls were rewarded at the end with lots of treats (Maggie digs the fish jerky and Olive will eat anything you give her 😂)

Can’t wait to see them both again.

10 years ago I was handed the keys to my shop and signed on the dotted line with no idea what I was doing in terms of running a business.

10. FREAKING. YEARS!!!!!

I signed that lease internally 💩ing myself that I was going to fall on my face and shut my doors within 6 months.

I came from a corporate background (yep one of the big retailers) who bullied me to the point that I had panic attacks, cried a lot, was pushed beyond my capabilities, and basically hated my job which was really sad because I love what I do. But nothing was good enough, not even beating targets set for a team of people, not making top 5 groomers within the state, there was always more I was supposed to do.

Through the years I’ve had many changes in life. Clients come and go for various reasons. Maybe you didn’t get their vision for their dog, maybe their dog needed more help than they were willing to admit because no one wants to see flaws in their pet, but know this…

Every single person and their dog has left me with lessons that I’ve grown from. Mostly, your dogs have bought me so much joy and comfort during some really s**t times (if you know you know) and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Thank you so much to every single person who makes it possible for me to show up and be accountable for my actions knowing I’ll always have their dogs wellbeing at the forefront of my mind.

Some days it’s messy, some days it flows beautifully, but every day I get the pleasure of grooming beautiful dogs who teach me so much.

Here’s to 10 more years of growth!
