Sheepvention done for another year and am happy with how my little team of dogs performed with Caruana Thanks being the standout this weekend scoring a 92 in the Open just missing the Final by 1 point.
Both Thanks and GoGetta Bear made it to the Top 25 Championship with Thanks finishing up equal 9th overall, couldn’t be prouder of my Maiden dog competing up against some of the best.

9mo started Male kelpie. More suited to Cattle have had him on trainer cattle and he goes for a hock bite. Very green and ready to go on and do more with, he doesn’t suit the work I do so doesn’t get the opportunity he needs.

Not only are GoGetta Bear and Caruana Thanks my go to Yard dogs they’re also my main paddock dogs, at the end of a big couple days of lamb marking here they are taking away the last mob calmly and efficiently. I’m Super grateful to have these two dogs in my camp. GoGetta Kelpie Stud Enduro

Back we go to Bendigo this weekend for the Central Victorian yard dog championship. I’m excited to see how the team go after having a big couple days of lamb marking. Thanks to Karrawarra Pastoral for sponsoring the event once again.

Karrawarra Novice Yard Dog trial returns to Bendigo's Australian Sheep and Wool Show this weekend. Best of luck to all those competing. Hopefully Lara, Andrew, Ash & James will return to defend their titles.
