This is what is like to run a physical shop in Australia. Commercial rent is different to residential rent. Theres so many types of rental. And sadly I am in the type that I have to pay all the ongoing fees, strata fees and rent as well.

For some of you, you may think we are cashing in everything but we actually don’t. We have to concur bills, fees, wages, taxes and lot of others hidden things. And for some of you, you understand and came and supported us❤️

That’s why I always say to my team, you make sure everyone walk in that front door, you serve them with all you have! Make sure they’re served like a king or queen and so even their dogs. To me, it means the world that you come to visit our shop! Is not just a shop anymore, is a place where I get to know you and your dogs.

Anyway, let’s come back to it. I didn’t know when I started it till I am in it. 😫 But will I do it again, yes I will and in fact I want to have more physical shops around Australia and that’s so far my dream!
