Aussie aviculturist home based business in the Clarence Valley, lovingly hand rearing canaries & small parrots🦜🐦 Also creating many handmade bird products such as toys, perches, beds, swings, play stands, loads of natural toys & even feather jewellery🪶 I first got interested in canaries when mum purchased her first little yellow crested canary a few years back named Roger... We soon found out he w

as in fact a she!! LOL Then my granddad gave us a red factor canary named Mango, yes he was a real boy LOL ... I liked them so much so I purchased my first breeding pair and breeding box and things have just blossomed from there :) After purchasing more unrelated pairs I have bred 10 babies since then and now my breeding stock has expanded :) My first hand reared little one was cheeky Chibi then Tiki which made me realize just how cute and cuddly these little guys are and wanted to let everyone experience having a little fluffy friend of their own, hence my breeding programme begins....With the careful selection of pairs I intend to breed and sell you quality tame and most of all 'Cuddly Canaries'

Today is all about our gorgeous little caique Lulu 💚💛🤍🖤 She is one of those birdies who gets so excited she just can't contain herself, the moment she gets attention or scratches, she turns into a crazy lil featherball 😂🦜
Caiques are known for their playful, energetic personalities, and Lulu certainly lives up to that reputation, she always keeps us laughing every day with her silly antics and endless excitement 🥰✨

Today is about sweet little parrotlet Bug and how much she loves settling down with Mum as she's on her phone, happily watching along completely invested in whatever is happening on the screen 💙 She gets so content sitting there, all cozy and relaxed, just enjoying the quiet evening time together, it’s the sweetest thing to watch 🥹

Birdies really do love being included in the little everyday activities, and Bug absolutely makes herself part of anything we do 🦜 She's always such a happy little featherbaby during her special evening time with Mum 🥰

🎉🐦 It’s Feathered Friends Friday, my beautiful birdie fam! 🐦🎉

Today is all about little parrotlets Green Bean and Cruiser 🥹 These two teeny tiny cutie pies absolutely love coming out to have a geez and check out everything in the bird room 💚💚 On this occasion they decided the cupboard baskets needed a little remodelling 😄 Over the years so many lil featherbabies have happily chewed, climbed, and redecorated these baskets (they are custom made and very unique baskets now 😅)

One of my favourite things about birdies is just how curious and mischievous they are, give them a room to explore and suddenly every basket, curtain, shelf, and cupboard becomes the most exciting adventure playground ever 🥰✨️

🎉🐦 It’s Feathered Friends Friday, my beautiful birdie fam! 🐦🎉

Today is all about these two adorable quaker babies lil girl Pip and lil boy Pickles who are now fully weaned and about to head off to their loving new families very soon 🥹🩵💚

Watching babies grow from tiny featherbabies into confident little companions is always such a special journey, and these two have learnt so much in such a short time ✨ They’re full of personality, learning how to do a little laugh (it always ends up turning into a full back and forth laughing session 😄), giving a big “mwah” when asked for a kiss 😘, saying “what are you doing?”, and of course their very first words “beep beep” ☺️🚗

They are such clever, curious little sweethearts and have been loving every bit of attention, cuddles, and learning time along the way 🥰 It’s always bittersweet when my babies head off to their forever homes. I miss every single one I raise, but knowing they are going to families who already love and adore them so much makes it all worthwhile 💛🦜

Today is a little Mother’s Day special featuring our gorgeous Eclectus girl Zelda ❤️✨ She has been such a fantastic Mumma over the years to her beautiful babies, and along Mum's feed run, she caught Zelda inspecting her nest box 🥹 It’s so exciting and special watching her in nesting mode again after having a break for quite a while 🪺💛

Companionship for our featherbabies is so important, whether they are set up in pairs/flocks or have a human and birdie bond, it is so rewarding to watch and have these lifelong friendships form 🥹

🎉🐦 It’s Feathered Friends Friday time my wonderful birdie fam! 🐦🎉

Today is another little ASMR moment, this time with our gorgeous Neptune 🩵✨
Like Pickles, he has been so very prickly lately with all those pin feathers coming through, and since he doesn’t really have a dedicated preening buddy in the aviary (only has his sweet snuggle time with Sunshine 💛), he’s been needing a bit of extra help getting those feathers sorted.

There is something so satisfying about watching a good preen session, especially when the result is making them feel comfortable and happy again 🩵
