I’m excited to be hosting a Pet First Aid for Professional Dog Groomers evening at my studio!

This practical, hands-on session will be presented by experienced veterinarian Dr Katherine Tate BVSc and is packed with invaluable knowledge that every groomer should have. Whether it’s recognising an emergency, responding to an injury, or knowing what to do until veterinary help is available, this course is designed specifically for our industry.

The only way to truly learn dog grooming is by grooming dogs. That’s why, from Day One, our students get hands-on experience with real doggy models in a real grooming environment.

Over the 10 practical training days, this amazing group will groom more than 60 doggy models, building the confidence and skills they’ll need for a career in professional dog grooming.

After many years in the dog grooming industry, I know how difficult it can be for talented groomers to take the next step into running their own business, especially with the cost, pressure and commitment of opening a full salon from scratch.

Foundation Groomer Pricing:

Available Monday to Friday for $500 per week + GST, all inclusive.

That means just one average groom per day at around $110 could cover the cost of your weekly space rental.
