Thank you Croydon Agricultural Show for allowing me to be apart, of an important roll at this year’s show.
Despite the weather conditions we still had beautiful horses, and smiling riders.

The facilities at Shirley Heights Equestrian Centre were absolutely stunning.
The committee should be extremely proud of putting on a wonderful show and I look forward to being a competitor next year. 🎠✨

🎠Geelong Royal 2026🎠

Today wasn’t about the ribbon, today it was about ensuring we gave Alice’s pony. Kawanna Park Top Shelf the best possible start in the ring at his very first show.

Ensuring he stayed relaxed, listened and that he soaked in the atmosphere of show life. For when the time comes his little jockey Alice, begins leading rein.

2nd in his Led RPSB Mare or Gelding 4 years and over, over 13.2hh n/e 14.2hh

A nice very easy day, beautiful sunshine among beautiful people.

Thank you to number 1 baby sitter Dianne Thomas, for giving Alice the show tour today. She had an absolute ball, even with a 3am start. Her birthday week has been big!
Jill Hanley for coming, helping, leading, holding both horses, throughly enjoyed your company and looking forward to the next one with our superstar Tinks. Although I still stand by what I say, Tinks needs a cover cream sponsor with all that bling! 🫣

Trotting onto the next. 🫶

Ring 3- Klaire Thomas

Based in a small rural town of Glengarry, Victoria with my partner and nearly 2 year old daughter.
My horse involvement began at a young age, following on from my mother’s history. Going up the grade in pony club, where I became show ring competitive around 6 years of age

Klaire Thomas is highly regarded in the show horse community for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to present horses to perfection. Through KT Show Horses, Klaire has produced and campaigned many top-quality show horses, enjoying outstanding success across the country.
Including Champion Novice Hunter Galloway at 2019 Melbourne Royal, Qualifying for 2020 SHCA Grand Nationals in Large Hunter Galloway, qualifying for 2026 SHCA Thames Grand Nationals, Placing 3rd and Champion Owner Rider at 2026 SHCA Thames Grand Nationals.
As well as attending the local show run, and interstate royals where I can with juggling a stay at home mum life.

Last night we lost an absolute icon, a legend and a horse with the boldest personality.

Braefoot Park Innuendo

You’re boots were always to big for your personality, you tested me in many ways that most would have given up, you made me the rider I am today, which I’m grateful.
You didn’t always put you’re best foot forward, you’re signature move was always a 360 scoot and a vertical rear, and don’t dare ride him in the rain unless you wanted a death wish.
But when you worked Barry, you were unstoppable. From gaining my first grand national ticket with you, to watching you enjoy retirement.

Untill next time my friend 🫶🤍❤️‍🩹💔
