Not every child wants to sit and talk about their feelings. And that's okay.

Some kids find it hard to sit still, make eye contact or find the words. Being asked to "just talk" can make them shut down even more.

At BeStable, children can move, play and spend time with the horses outdoors. Connection comes first, and the talking often follows when they feel safe and ready.

Can't sit in a counselling office? You're not alone.

For lots of people, a small room, a desk and face-to-face talking is the hardest part of getting support. It can feel too still, too intense, too much.

At BeStable, counselling happens outdoors. Sessions can include play, walking, and time with the horses, so you can move, pause and talk when you're ready. You don't need any horse experience, and you don't need to have it all worked out first.

🐴🌿 Stable Day: Friends & Fun 🌿🐴

Looking for something different these school holidays?

Join us at BeStable for an afternoon where children can build confidence, make new friends and develop life skills through horses and nature.

Facilitated by an Accredited Social Worker, Stable Day combines horse care, teamwork, fun challenges and an individual riding experience (where appropriate) in a safe, supportive environment.

👧 Ages 7–18 years
🥪 Afternoon tea provided
🔥 Maximum 12 children

Suitable for both children who already love horses and those wanting to build confidence in a supportive, small-group environment.
