The Natural Vets

The Natural Vets The Natural Vets is a full service integrative veterinary clinic, on the Sunshine Coast QLD

We are a unique, dedicated holistic veterinary clinic on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. We integrate traditional western medicine with alternative therapies with a focus on natural nutrition, homeopathy, Chinese and Western herbal medicine, acupuncture and aromatherapy. We treat all small companion pets including dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, reptiles and any native wildlife. We al

so offer a range of natural pet foods and eco-friendly pet products, and have selected the most non-toxic options for preventatives such as tick, flea and worming products. We are relentless in seeking to uncover the root causes of disease, and aim to treat these and bring about a cure, rather than use drugs that will only suppress the illness and in time lead to another. We will empower you to set your pet on the Path to Wellness, by educating you about the causes of disease and the tenets of health.

For more than 10 years at The Natural Vets, we have been treating pets with cancer. This is one of our current cancer success stories - Teddy.

🐾 Teddy’s Story
A journey with lung cancer — and defying expectations

In early 2024, Teddy, a gentle Poodle cross, was diagnosed with advanced cancer involving both the neck and lungs — a condition that often carries a very guarded prognosis.

👉 High-grade adenocarcinoma of probable salivary gland origin

The tumour was surgically removed at a specialist facility.

How good is it to have the option of Tele-health?

Makes life so much easier & accessible!

And our favourite part? You get to be connected with our master Tele-health Vet Dr Nicole! (So here's a little about her👇🏽)

Dr Nicole joined the TNV team in 2022. In 2024, she stepped away to travel across South America, an experience that further shaped her personal and professional journey.

Now returned to Australia and based in Melbourne, she has re-joined the TNV team to continue offering veterinary care aligned with her life purpose — treating pets integratively, with deep compassion, and providing options beyond those typically available in the conventional veterinary space.

We love Dr Nicole and everything she brings to our clinic & our clients. And although she's further away than we'd like (cause we LOVE having her in clinic) Her empathy, care and expertise are still second to none & it's a great privilege to have her a part of our crew.

Book in with her now - to see what we're talking about 😉

Pop in anytime for a quick weigh-in 🐾
It might seem small, but these little visits make a big difference.

Regularly bringing your pup in—just to step on the scales, say hello, and maybe snag a treat—helps them feel safe and familiar in the clinic space. Over time, those happy, low-pressure visits can turn nervous paws into confident ones 🤍

Because the vet shouldn’t always feel scary—it can be just another friendly stop along the way.
