A huge congrats to Dean & Phoebe for producing such a lovely horse! He’s always been a pleasure to work with & has a bright future!
Couldn’t have asked anymore from him having raced 4 days ago, and only about 6 rides in preparation for the class!

Looking forward to the future tonight in the indoor here at Melbourne International 3 Day Event with Annabelle Archibald and Michelle Payne!

High Torque doing a super job in his dressage this afternoon 👏🏻💗

Can you believe this chap only raced on Monday?? Four days later his @ Melbourne International 3 Day Event in the Rising Stars class..

…. Funny truck bogan story, I rung his owner on Tuesday, was dropping a few weanlings off to him from NSW, and got “I’m on my way to Sophie’s, I’m not home, but you know what your doing….” Followed by “you’re not going to believe what’s happening!” 🤣🤣🤣

Then tells me the story on how this horse, was on the float on its way to Soph’s the day after it raced, to come to Melbourne three day - more on this later….. with much better photos!!!!

🍀Upcoming Agistment & Schooling/Sales Availability 🍀

From mid- June, we will have limited vacancies available for full-care agistment. Suitable for performance horses, pleasure horses, retirees, or horses enjoying a spelling break, our facilities provide a safe and supportive environment tailored to each horse's individual needs.

From mid-July, we will also have availability for schooling and a select number of sales horses. We are committed to carefully choosing horses that we believe have the potential to succeed in a suitable long-term home. As such, our sales program is best suited to horses with a clear pathway forward and is not designed for horses with significant behavioural issues or those that have been unsuccessful in their current circumstances. They don’t have to be super stars, just a horse that can make someone happy!

16hh 9yo Mare
CC is very genuine and honest mare who wants to please her rider. She is very reliable and has many competition miles with junior riders. She has been to countless pony club rally’s and clinics has been faultless in all these situations.

She is lovely on the ground, always waiting at the gate to be ridden & easy to do everything with.

On the flat CC sits in a consistent frame, and is responsive to aids. She enjoys jumping and has jumped up to 90cm but majority of her competition experience has been at 80cm.
She is good to ride out up the road, and also happily ridden ba****ck!
She is a true allrounder, who would make a junior rider or amateur wanting to do a variety of disciplines very happy.

Edgar is a truely uncomplicated & lovely young horse. He is ticking all the boxes of a horse beyond his years. Edgar naturally has good paces, consistent steady contact & willing temperament. Given his age he’s only had a handful of jumping sessions, she shows willingness and the ability you would expect of his pedigree.

Edgar has been hacked out, both in the paddocks and up the road, he is good with traffic and is enjoyable & safe to go for a canter around in open spaces.He has travelled numerous places, both alone and with company, he is very easy to load on the float & is relaxed in new environments.

Thats a wrap on the eventing season for us- bring on October when we welcome a new addition in human form!🤰🏼💗
So grateful to have such lovely horses who have looked after me and the little free loader all season!
Meanwhile at home it’s business as usual with horses coming and going for schooling and sales. Excited to open up more availability for sales horses over winter and into the spring. I’m also really looking forward to be able to dedicate more time to coaching too!

Professionally started by Megan Joyce as a 4 year old, Daki had his first outings and competition experience under her guidance before I took over the reins at the beginning of 2025. In just 12 months, he has confidently and competitively progressed to 1*, rarely finishing out of the placings along the way.

Daki has all the attributes of a future top-level eventer. He has matured into a straightforward and rideable horse with a reliable, predictable temperament, making him an exciting prospect for a competitive rider. We would love to see Daki partnered with an ambitious rider aiming for the upper levels of eventing, where he can truly reach his full potential.
