SHOT OF WHISKEY bought up a well deserved victory at Doomben yesterday. .sandkuhl took the son of SPIRIT OF BOOM straight to the front, where she was able to control the race. That allowed the son of SPIRIT OF BOOM to get a mid race breather, he then kicked strong upon straightening and held his rivals at bay.

TOWN CRIER notched up his
7th win with a tough first up victory yesterday. Drawing a sticky gate .sandkuhl was able to position the son of SPIRIT OF BOOM outside the leader in the run.
He then kicked hard upon straightening and fought off all challenges and pulled away late to win by just under a length.

PONTEVICO made a big impression with an electric win Sunshine Coast Turf Club yesterday. Jumping from the outside barrier Boris Thornton took the son of ASTERN straight back to last. He then produced a great ride never going around a horse and darting clear to win convincingly.
