UPDATE: Unfortunately the forecast isn’t looking pretty this week, so our planned training day this Sunday 6th July will not be going ahead. Sorry members! We are currently explore an alternative venue so we can continue running days in coming months, even if the showground doesn’t hold up in this wet - stay tuned ✨

Save the date! Next training day is set for SUNDAY 6th JULY 💫 We are planning to run a relaxed lower level day at the showground, with heights up to 80cm.

The grounds have been a bit battered by the flood (hence the height limit) but the eastern side looks AOK 👌 We’ll confirm this weekend & advise when entries open.

Can you please comment or text 0447 307 518 with your name and height classes. We are having problems with global entries.

We dont have many entries (7), so we will make it a later start. 10am, but we will advise more accurate times once we have a list.

SUNDAY.... COACH/TRAINING DAY ENTRIES ARE OPEN AT 7AM

Where: Views Equestrian. This is an all-weather surface, hence the change of venue.

What: Warm up and mini coaching session followed by training rounds at allocated heights

How: These will be done at allocated times to help with parking. Your times will be posted Saturday afternoon after the close of entries.

With a lot of grounds being too wet at this time, we want to offer a coaching/training rounds day at

Booking will be via nominate if there is enough interest! There would be allocated times for groups to train and practice their nominated rounds.

The cost will be the same as a training day.

We know the weather has been a little challenging of late. We understand the frustration.

wants to give our members some reliability that we will run an event on the 1st of June. If the weather persists, a discounted coach day will be on offer to our members.

But let's hope the weather is on our side, and we can run a training day as planned. Entries will open 1 week out from the proposed date, when we can confirm the forecast and ground conditions.

The committee has decided to make an early call for our training day this Sunday. Unfortunately, with more rain forecast, there is NO CHANCE to run day this Sunday.

We will advise on a new training day for may ASAP.

QUICK REMINDER.... on our safe procedures when attending training days/ribbon days

1. If you fall off or hurt yourself, you need to find one of our committee members to clear you before continuing to ride.

2. Maximum 2 horses and riders in the ring at any one time. If the course height is being adjusted, please ONLY WALKING on your horse to keep pedestrians safe.

3. Collared shirts with sleeves to follow our sun policies.

4. It is expected that you either help with set up at the start of the day or pack down the course at the end of the day

Let's keep our days fun and safe.

Sorry, we have been a bit quiet on socials!!!

The committee has been working hard behind the scenes, collaborating with other showground users to submit applications to government grants to improve the facilities!!!

After some successful meetings and brainstorming, we have a plan in place.

SOON we will require something FROM YOU to HELP us with our applications.
