Bear's (red) 1st & 2nd grooms & she is amazing to groom. 4wks apart & what a difference in her puppy coat texture & colour in that short time. Coco (choc) who has been coming every 4wks for a long time. Both the same breed (mini labradoodles) & completely different coat textures.

📢 Important Policy Update – No Show & Late Cancellation Fees 📢

Hey everyone! I truly appreciate all of my wonderful clients who respect my time and schedule. Up until now, I’ve been very flexible, but due to an increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I need to make a change to ensure I can continue providing the best service possible.

Starting immediately, the following policies will be in effect:

🔹 No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged 100% of the grooming fee before rebooking.

🔹 Late Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 fee will apply.

I understand that emergencies happen, and I’ll always do my best to be fair. However, last-minute cancellations leave gaps in my schedule that I can’t always fill, affecting my small business.
