Drouin Vet Clinic Consultation by appointment. Emergency after hours. LIVESTOCK OWNERS - We provide services for cattle, horses, alpaca and other farm animals.

PET OWNERS - We provide all standard veterinary services such as vaccinations, desexing, microchipping, dental work etc. plus we have in house x-ray, blood testing & laboratory and ultrasound facilities (useful for pregnancy evaluation). We also have a hydrobath for dog washing and we are accredited with AQIS for export preparation of cats and dogs. Some of our vets are accredited for AQIS export

preparation and Government programs such as the JD CattleMAP and AlpacaMAP. We have two portable ultrasound units - one for pregnancy testing alpaca and horses and one designed specifically for pregnancy testing cattle. We also have a vet who has a special interest in equine dentistry.

Renovation Update! 🛠️

There’s been lots happening behind the scenes at the clinic over the last few weeks, and we’re excited to share that the time has come for the two separate buildings to finally become one!

This weekend, some major work will be taking place in our reception area, which may cause a bit of disruption for a few weeks. We kindly ask for your continued patience as we take this next big step in our renovation journey.

We’re so grateful for your support and understanding during this exciting transformation — we can’t wait to show you the finished product!

Onyx the Big Softie! 🐻

Onyx has been coming in for regular bandage changes, and honestly, we think he just enjoys the visits at this point! This 52kg gentle giant is the definition of a big doofus—always happy to lounge around with us while we tend to his wounds.

Yesterday, Dr. Ebony and Onyx were having a bit of fun, as you can see! He may be here for treatment, but that doesn’t stop him from soaking up all the attention (and belly rubs) while he’s at it. We all love having this big teddy bear around! 🐾

Darling Aalia – Our Queen for the Day! 👑✨

Sweet Aalia was in yesterday for a quick procedure, and she handled it like an absolute queen! While she was definitely feeling the effects of the anesthetic afterwards as you can see, she took it all in stride and had plenty of cuddles while she recovered. It wasn’t long before she was back on her feet, making a wonderful recovery and heading home happy.

🐶✨ Border Collie Puppy Overload! ✨🐶

Vet Jess had her hands very full this week—literally! These adorable Border Collie pups stopped by for a check-up, and of course, we couldn’t resist a group photo. Just look at those little faces! 😍💙

With wiggly tails, tiny paws, and endless energy, they were definitely the highlight of our day. 🥰🐾 How many can you count?!

DVC has a BullCheck accredited veterinarian available for bull fertility testing. We also have two vets who have a special interest in equine dentistry. As of November 2018 we provide equine reproductive services through a specialised clinic located at Randal Park.
