☆ Just a little friendly reminder, if you have not responded to my message of your next appointment, could you please do so.
☆ I will no longer be holding these appointments for more than 72 hours, and will not continue to send follow up messages to check if they suit. All clients pre book their appointments to ensure a spot. Its hard generally to just fit clients in last minute.
☆ Please understand I have many other clients and sending follow up appointments can be alot of extra work, trying to remember everyone. I understand life is busy and we can forget.
☆ As you know I have my books closed to concentrate on all my regulars. I work with dogs one on one, in a quiet environment, and do not use cages.
